- Loan Re-finance Documentation
- Home Sale and Purchase Documents
- W2's and 1099's from all Banks and Brokerages
- Purchase information for any stock sold
- Unemployment or social security 1099's
- Major medical expenses (must be greater than 7.5% of adjusted gross income to qualify)
- Dental
- Doctor
- Copays
- Insurance (Medical & Long-term)
- Prescription Drugs
- Estimated and actual mileage incurred to and from medical appointments
- Property taxes on all real estate
- DMV registration fees
- Charities - actual receipt is required for anything in excess of $500
- Unreimbursed business expenses
- Any documents concerning the sale of your employer's stock
